🛡 Warranty Policy

All products from Heym Inc. include a 2-Year Guaranteed Warranty starting from the purchase date. We cover hardware defects, component failures, and operational issues under normal use. If a covered issue occurs, we will repair or replace the unit at no cost.

Not Covered: accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, cosmetic wear, and damage from power surges or external factors.

To file a claim, provide your order number and details of the issue. Return shipping to Heym Inc. is the customer’s responsibility; we cover shipping back after repair or replacement.

Warranty is void if serial numbers or warranty labels are removed or tampered with.
